Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25–50% (depending on the session type) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit. You may reschedule once at no additional cost if notice is given within the required timeframe; otherwise, a new deposit may be required to rebook.

Please note that rates may vary based on location, travel, studio time, and equipment. Sessions held outside the local service area may include an additional travel fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.
